Formed in year 2000, Pentagon Protection Services
Sdn. Bhd. with the team of a highly experienced
management player with over 10 years of experience
in the security industry is a force to be reckoned
with in Malaysia. Pentagon Protection
is committed towards excellence in service to give

in its expertise in the area of security protection
and electronic monitoring system.

We understand the

Feasibility studies, staff training, field support,
security control system are all part of Pentagon
Protection complete service to its customers.
We provide 24-hour
mobile and service center, around-the-clock service
to our customers for any emergency response
required. We equip our Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Team with walkie-talkie, trunk radio, and they will
be put on stand-by roster to attend promptly to our
customers’ at any time. Customers’ satisfaction and
comfort is of up most importance to us and we are
prepared to go beyond our norm to ensure that they
are achieved.
In
all respects, we give an assurance to our customers
by providing a smooth running of operations of
assignment through out its contract. We take great
pains in knowing and understanding our customer’s
business therefore we strive towards to meet this
requirement by providing a regular and exhaustive
preventive maintenance procedures relevant to each
individual customer’s area of business. We will
constantly update our customer on any new safety and
preventive measure if necessary or release ( both
operational and functional ) and will advice our
relevant customers accordingly to keep them abreast
with the latest security technological systems and
innovations.

CHAIRMAN - LT.
KOL (R) ABDUL AZIZ ISMAIL
Lt. Kol. ( R) Abdul Aziz Ismail retired from the
Military Force in 1993. Upon retirement he was
actively involved in security business since then.
At present he is the chairman for a few corporate
companies in Kuala Lumpur, with his vast experiences
we believe we will be heading for a positive growth
and expansion of this company in the near future.
MANAGING DIRECTOR -
PUAN PUTI HASMAH BTE MOHD KARIM
A well experienced in the security industry in the
managerial level for more than 10 years . She was
formerly attached to a listed company as a Human
Resources Manager . With years of management
experiences and the vast knowledge in the security
industry , this will be a plus factor to our company
.
DIRECTOR - MR MICHAEL P.L. GAN
PBM
A
businessman by profession, he was previously engaged
in several project as development consultant in the
year of 1988. Since entering into the security
industry from the year 1990, he has been very
actively and aggressively in uplifting the morale
and standard of the Security Industry and was very
committed in modernizing the Electronics Security
System. He was appointed by various corporate and
manufacturing company as security consultant
GENERAL MANAGER – En. Nor Ramlee Abd Karim
Nor Ramlee
has been in the private sector for more than 15
years in the banking administration. Since year 1999
he has joined the security industry as Branch
manager, simultaneously was promoted to General
Manager as a result of his excellent performance.
For the past few year has undergo various security
management training and firearms training on his own
initiative. His highly self motivated character has
attained and earned him as a discipline and pleasant
personnel with priority in customer services.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
– En. Jamaludin Bin Ahmad
He was a ex-police officer since 1998. After leaving
the police force he was attached to a private firm
as a security cum safety manager. He was being
recommended to us for his remarkable performance and
a very discipline person . His acquisition of
practical security knowledge during his days of
services with the private company will be an asset
to us.

STATIC GUARDS
Our guards are trained in commercial security,
experienced in servicing high rise buildings,
factories, condominiums, and construction site. Our
men are trained to encounter any unforeseen
situation including fire fighting and first aid.
Our rates quoted are based on quality and
services of guards provided for the specific
Job performance and requirement.
ARMED GUARDS
Our armed guards are trained to service Banks and
Goldsmith outlets. Our armed guards are carefully
selected and trained to handle unforeseen
circumstance. All armed guards are required to
undergo practical training on shooting twice a
month organized by our Company.
GUARD DOGS
Our Guard Dogs Unit are professionally trained and
undergone sophisticated schooling together with
their handler to rise in any occasion in order to
maximize your protection plan. This service is
recommended for Ground Prevention and Building
Patrol Surveillance.
PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS
Our Private Investigation Department consists
of a team of professional and highly experience
investigators. We also specializes in
Commercial Crime, Copyright Infringement, Elope
& Divorce cases and white collar crimes. The
rates are charge accordingly and subject to
negotiation.
CASH-IN-TRANSIT
This services is most needed by banks, Finance
Institution, Supermarkets and Factories when
special transaction as required. The charges vary
from location, distance. (please refer our
management for more information)
V.V.I.P. ESCORTS
To provide personal bodyguard service for close
protection and prevention against threat,
kidnapping, physical assault or etc.
MOBILE PATROL (Emergency Response
Team)
Our Mobile Patrol Units are well trained and
disciplined which consist of ex-Police/Army
Personnel. They are available for reconnoitering
premises where watchman has been employed by their
owner and premise where services of watchman are
utilized. This Unit will carry out regular checking
and periodic patrol surveillance for anything amiss
and ensure that the watchman are on alert at all
time.
EXHIBITION SECURITY
To provide security services at exhibition halls,
concerts, events and etc.
CENTRAL MONITORING STATION ( CMS )
Central Monitoring System (CMS), to supplement effective
operation covering assignment on a 24 hours
basis. Management is studying the introduction of
Central Monitoring System (CMS) to be located at the
Company’s HQ which will serve two folds : one to
cater for residents, Banks, factories, warehouses
to monitor by night and inactive hours. Secondly
– communication by officers on the ground for
immediate action in the event of Fire, Robbery or
other Incidents using field transmitter and
for HQ to locate them when needed.
CONSULTANCY AND MANAGEMENT
We provide consultancy and management service on
security related matters especially on those
organization or firms having in-house security. To
take advantage on this service, our security
Manager/Officer will provide a free hand to train
and schedule guard worksheet so as to carry out
audit and survey. To formulate a protective plan for
loss prevention, to upgrade and maintain a high
standard of professionalism, coupled with our Roving
Manager/Mobile Patrol Unit so as to enable us to
enhance a productive and conducive security
environment.
CONDITIONS FOR OUR SECURITY PERSONNEL
1. CODE OF
PERFORMANCE ON DUTY
Alertness
To be
alert at all times while on duty. To prevent any
activity or eventuality which could result in injury
to employees, tenants or visitors of the company and
damages that could cause loss of company and
personal property.
Courtesy
The
security guard is often the first to made contact
with a visitor from within a company. The way in
which a visitor is greeted and attended will project
the image of the company concern, which is an added
service to all party.
Discipline
Discipline and proper execution of all orders given
to security guard by their superior is expected at
all times. Personal likes and dislikes must not
affect the way they do their job. The measure of a
well-disciplined security guard is the way in which
they conduct themselves under all condition,
away from the presence of their superior.
Job
Interest
As a
security guard, they should take pride in their
duties and maintain a keen interest in their
job. Every assignment delegated must be guided by
the instructions given by their immediate superior.
When they are not sure of what action to take, they
will contact their superior for further
instructions.
Tact
A
security guard should not act in haste or undue
emotion. Do not argue with people and apply any
forceful act under any circumstances. Present a
calm, dignified bearing and they will never lose
control in any situation or incident.
Summary
A
security guard conduct should reflect
intelligent, alert and awareness on themselves
and their company. By doing their job in the manner
in which they have been instructed, they will
achieve the assignment with their best merit.

WHAT IS
A SECURITY GUARD’S PRIMARY DUTIES
-
Security
guards primary duty is to protect all property
within the area defined in their post orders and
assist and protect all employees, tenants and
visitors in the designated area.]

They must be
able to prevent fire, theft and injury resulting
from carelessness.

They
must promote safety order, good will, and respect
for and confidence in themselves as a
representative of the Company.

They
must enforce safety rules, rules of conduct
and company policies and procedures.
3. HOW TO
CARRY OUT SECURITY GUARD’S DUTIES

Observe, correct and
report irregular activities and conditions.

Allow only
authorized person to enter.

Enforce
all company rules and regulations.

courteous & efficient service to all employees,
clients & visitors

able to act in an intelligent manner in any
situation and thereby prevent
personal injury, loss or damage to company or

SECURITY GUARD’S MUST BE ALERT FOR

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA FOR
SECURITY PERSONNEL
- Security personnel
should be above 21 years & below 55 years of age.
- Preferably Ex-army /
Ex-police and those with related
- Security experience
and Safety.
- They must be of
Malaysian Citizen.
- They must have a
minimum qualification of SRP/LCE and above.
- Able to read and write
English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Initial Police
Screening for Criminal Record.
- Should be of
reasonable Height & Weight and must of good Health and good
Eyesight.
